By their third album I'd lost any interest I once had in Keane, however I quite like this. It's not a vast change in sound, although the inclusion of a rapper is something of a surprise, they're the last act I'd thought would do this type of duet but at least it shows they aren't completely one dimensional.

I came across this track thanks to thisispop whilst looking at his latest chart thread. I agree, it's still got that trademark Keane sound but shows a slight progression. One of their best singles - doesn't beat 'Somewhere Only We Know' but I guess that'll always be my fave Keane track. ^_^
is it just me or does the lead singer look like a certain Tory leader?

Really like this, used to hate them (Somewhere Only We Know aside) but really liked Spiralling and liking this as well :D

Talking about Cameron, Keane have apparently been slamming the tories using one of their songs without permission in their campaign!

I like this a lot, can't wait for Night Train, it has a cover of a song by one of my favourite Japanese bands ever

Probably not helped with the same Tory Leader when he first got elected as leader of the Conservatives (2005) citing the debut album by Keane (Hopes & Fears) as a band he loved; which probably helped kill their credibility somewhat.

You know, they changed a lot more than Coldplay did over their career.

whose credibility - Keane or the Tories?

Everybody's Changing will always be their best for me  Not sure about this, prefer the last albums offerings.
I've decided that this is like a cross melodically and creatively of Pet Shop Boys' All Over The World and Texas' Carnival Girl, and should probably be in the pop forum  love it
That surely explains why I love it then
Haha, it hit me whilst listening to it on the tube earlier! The melody reminded me of the PSB song, whilst the general concept of the song reminded me of Carnival Girl. My second favourite Keane song now after Spiralling
Like it, although Somewhere Only We Know and Spiralling are unrivalled up to now. It's not really a patch on Is It Any Wonder? either tbh :(
