May 17, 201015 yr We get into Euston at just gone 12 o'clock if all goes well. One taxi firm said allow an hour to get across London, but online it said 29 minutes. Going back the train leaves at 7.55pm. So hope everything works out time wise, otherwise I'll be a dithering wreck and husband won't be speaking to me!! Have managed to watch act 1 so far of the DVD I bought. Glad it's got english subtitles otherwise I wouldn't have know what was going on. It's performed in the round like the O2 will be. It's very impressive. Sue If you miss your train I'm done for as mine leaves at 1925 from Euston :o Is it not due to finish about 17:30....we should have plenty of time
May 17, 201015 yr We're staying overnight near the London Eye, but not sure we'll be able to meet up with anyone this time as we'll have to shoot off after the show and make sure Mum and Dad get their London Eye Flight this time. When I brought them down in January, I failed to check properly, and it was closed for routine maintenance  My main reason for bringing them down was to go on the London Eye(Mum mentioned she really wanted to go on it even though she's frightened of heights). It cost me a blummin' fortune and we couldn't go on, but at least I took them to see Darius' dress rehearsal, for the first show of PSTOS, which they both thoroughly enjoyed. They thought he was wonderful too :) Maybe there's a possiblility of meeting up inside the arena during an interval, what do you reckon?
May 18, 201015 yr received an email today with O2 info: http://www.theo2.co.uk/location/getting-there.html Transport updates The Jubilee line will be closed between North Greenwich and Stratford on Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 May 2010 so there are no services to the east of North Greenwich (The O2). Please note that the Jubilee line will still be open from central London between Stanmore and North Greenwich. By Tube The Jubilee Line to North Greenwich for The O2 (Zone 2). Canary Wharf in 5 minutes London Bridge or Stratford in 10 minutes Waterloo in 15 minutes Bond Street in 20 minutes The Jubilee line is the only Underground route that connects with all others - so not only can London residents reach us with no hassle, National Rail passengers from all over the UK can too. The walk from North Greenwich underground station to The O2 is approximately 200m. Perhaps we could pick a meeting spot? Where's everyone sitting? http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v78/1PamP/O2meeting.jpg http://www.theo2.co.uk/inside/bars-restaur...e-o2-arena.html Edited May 18, 201015 yr by SpamFritter

May 18, 201015 yr Author That'd be a good idea - it looks as though we are well spaced apart. We should be able to wave at each other over the stage.
May 18, 201015 yr Author I should think it would be Sue. Pip, you're the other corner to us - at the same end.

May 19, 201015 yr Transport updates The Jubilee line will be closed between North Greenwich and Stratford on Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 May 2010 so there are no services to the east of North Greenwich (The O2).
