I wasn't thinking of supporting any of those these parties that were on tonight (and no, not the BNP!) and I was pleasantly surprised with Nick Clegg. There is no way I'll ever vote for Conservative. I need to think more carefully with how I am going to use my vote.

I don't understand why people seem to think Cameron came out best on Immigration? Clegg destroyed his plans for an arbitrary cap!

I was watching this in a pub at an LGBT Labour function and everyone agreed that Clegg won by far, with Brown and Cameron scrapping for last place...

Is there any evidence though that SkyNews is a right wing station ? If you had said FoxNews I would agree but I have always found SkyNews pretty impartial politically and not in the pocket of one party

Sky and Fox are one and the same. Both are News Corp owned news channels.

Sky is effectively the British Fox, and i believe it's FoxNews in Aus as well seeing as their version of Sky is Foxtel.

Yeah same ownership but Sky don't have any Bill O'Reilly, Mike Huckabee and Sarah Palin type shows, all of Fox's commentators and anchor people are rabidly in favour of the GOP and Sky News just doesn't have that.
