This will be my third time to see her. She hasn't played in 5 years - so I believe, or maybe she did Oxegen one year.

Yeah I read she hasn't played here in 5 years. I've never been to seen her. Were they amazing experiences?

First time I went was Dec 2001 - flew to Glasgow to see her. It was in a big arena and she looked tiny from where I was sitting. It was good. She played Winter which I was hoping for.

Then in 2005 she played in Vicar St two nights in a row. I really should have gone both nights but I didn't. She played Winter again. She didn't really play that many well known songs so a lot of the more casual fans left a bit disappointed. I knew every song except one which was a David Bowie cover. Second time was better.

OMG! I had a dream last night that I was at her concert. But it took place in Estonia for some reason, around train tracks, people were just sitting on the grass. OMG it was wonderful. But strange too because she came near to me and I sang "Someone's knocking on my kitchen door" from her song "Cloud On My Tongue" and she got mad at me! :P She got mad because she said the song is about female empowerment or something and I'm not allowed to sing it :kink: But other than that it was good. She looked at me and that felt so real. She played her songs too but I can't recall which ones.

I got my ticket on Thursday. Well I bought it - I probably wont see it until the week before the gig.

I bought my ticket! :w00t: It's a standing spot though, which kinda sucks but maybe people can sit down on the grass or something?

They're all standing tickets. I'm going with three or four online mates - three lezzers and a gayer. Her fans are soooo gay.

I'm getting in early. I hear she still does meet and greets.

OMG I'd be terrified. I'd say I'll be there by 6, doors open 6.30 according to my ticket.. Gosh. I'm nervous even thinking about meeting her

Amazing gig. For once she did a crowd-pleasing set - lots of the hits and lots of covers. I was very very happy with the setlist.

She played for an hour and three quarters - just her and her bosendorfer and another keyboard. Most of the time she was playing both at the same time - doing melody lines with both hands.

I'll post the setlist when I can piece it together.

One of the best gigs I've ever been to and I've seen her twice before. Her vocals were amazing.

It was amazing!!! Her voice was so powerful! And I have so much more appreciation for Roosterspur Bridge now.

Yeah I think I saw some gay people but it didn't bother me since I'm bi :P But I don't think I'm one of those people who you can tell straight away aren't straight. Whereabouts were you?

In front of the piano kinda. About 4 meters from the stage.

I'm a gayer so I was talent spotting. :)
