Swedish female duo Sheelah edge up two places to No.1 with electro pop anthem Psycho which pushes Satellite by Lena Meyer-Landrut down a spot to No.2 after three weeks in control…The Pipettes also slide a place with So I’ll Say Goodbye, Diana Vickers soars nine places to No.4 with debut single Once and Roll Deep dip a spot to No.5 with Good Times…Anna Bergendahl storms in at No.1 on the album chart with the brilliant Yours Sincerely, her debut album, and with Kate Nash’s My Best Friend Is You staying strong at No.2, Boyzone’s six week long chart topper Brother is off two places at No.3 this week…Robyn debuts at No.4 with the long awaited Body Talk Part 1, and the Absolute Music 63 compilation stays at No.5…

50. I found it REALLY instant, although maybe only because it stood out amongst the other dreck in his set when I heard it for the first time live. Thanks Martin :D er, not all of them peak at #1 no, Caro Emerald didn't for a start :P Jungle Drum only got to #6! But I do tend to try and send my current favourite song to BJSC, I'm not exactly a chart worshipper like most people here so it's rare for UK singles/hits to top my chart hence I don't have a problem finding 'inspired' BJSC entries, i.e. never been on/would be on the UK release schedule.

Thanks :D Anna's album is brilliant, as is Airplanes :wub: I wouldn't rule out Satellite ever going back to #1, it was beaten by the narrowest of margins this week, I just had to let Psycho have at least a short stint at #1 ^_^ Satellite hasn't even topped your chart yet anyway as far as I can recall :P

Thanks Martin :D er, not all of them peak at #1 no, Caro Emerald didn't for a start :P Jungle Drum only got to #6! But I do tend to try and send my current favourite song to BJSC, I'm not exactly a chart worshipper like most people here so it's rare for UK singles/hits to top my chart hence I don't have a problem finding 'inspired' BJSC entries, i.e. never been on/would be on the UK release schedule.

 

 

I'm not much of a chart worshipper lately, I've got many obscure acts in my chart at the moment, Yes Giantess, Caribou have been #1s for me. Still have Primary 1 in the top 5 along with Twin Sister, Parenthetical Girls and a few others, plus I'm so out of touch with Chart music lately I just like finding old tracks from alternative artists and give them a new lease of life. Even playing odd tracks from other people's charts like Ben's playlist chart (Medicated Soap) I've picked up a few good tracks lately from Ben's playlist chart. Cough Primary 1 ft. Nina Perrson, Twin Sister, New Pornographers, Cough :D
