Based on the single's fortunes, the fact that it's only being sold in 'selected Tesco stores' and the fact that few people really seem interested outside of the core GA fanbase, I'd say top 20 at absolute best and quickly exiting the chart :(

Ok so the single is going to flop and look embarrassing for Nadine, and the rest of Girls Aloud will prob be happy... but i think it is damaging to Girls Aloud and makes it look like the others aside to Cheryl are pointless but anyway...

I'm hoping that Nadine is an album artist... HOPEFULLY there will be some sort of album push and she will go top 10 at least... I never bother buying music anymore, but i'm going to go and order her album... she deserves it and when she gets stressed she seems to get thinner...

Well, Tesco will probably treat the album better, as they don't really sell the singles. It depends on how much they will promote her in stores.

Met Nadine at the signing in Tesco Extra, Naas on Friday! :D She's the NICEST person I ever met! 1st time meeting a GA member and I'm soooo happy it was Nadine! She was so nice! Got my photo taken with her too <3  http://i51.tinypic.com/300h4cm.jpg

Oh wow! I'm really pleased for you, you both look really happy. :D Did you get a chance to talk about anything to do with the album or whatnot?
You're very lucky Steven! :o You and Nadine both look great and so happy. :D Was it just a quick sign, picture and then move on, or were you able to have a quick chat with her as well? :)
Finally got round to playing the album. Initial favourites are Put Your Hands Up, Lullaby (sounds like a GA christmas single) and Unbroken.

Thank you :D :D Yeah! I told her my fave track was Sexy Love Affair and asked her hers and she was like "To be honest, it changes all the time! But right now, its Red Light" I then said I liked the smell of her perfume and she was like "Thank you! It's "*****", I got it yesterday!" (I cant remember the name :P  ) and then we got the photo and she held my hands saying goodbye  Havn't washed them since  Aha, just kidding.. But I didnt want to :(

Lucky you!! :o You both look fab

Thanks

As I said above, I got a quick chat! It wasn't rushed or anything, thank god :D She was so layed back, aha! We were only allowed 1 thing to be signed though, but that was OK :)

Because me and my cousin were early, we got free 'Nadine - You're Insatiable' t shirts and posters

The album is ever so slightly wonderful is it not? I'm rather struggling to pick favourites since everything is a highlight (bar Sexy Love Affair which I'm not taken with at all) but I'd have to go with Red Light, Lullaby and Put Your Hands Up.

I have to agree with some of the critics though that Nadine really doesnt make the best of her voice through most of this which is a dissapointment but an extremly strong debut album (and dare I say it, she's blown both of Cheryl's albums out the water somewhat)

Red Light is a great song and should be a single but lullaby is easily the stand out for me. I do agree aswell that she hasnt made the best of her voice on the album and some of the songs dont suit her voice in a way but overall its a good album and i also suspect its a grower.
Anyone know if the album will be available to download from iTunes because it's not even available to pre-order? :(

You are so lucky :D.

And if Red Light isn't the next single she's making a huge mistake :drama:.

Apparently Nicola has said that she has not hear Nadine's song and it must have passd her by... I feel really sorry for Nadine, considering she has said she has texts the other girls best of luck with their projects, e.g. cheryl releasing an album and got no response... it's just rude! The bad press doesn't help Nadine either... she doesn't even do anything other than not live in the UK!
Can't wait to get my physical copy, does anyone know what Tesco is normally like for delivering CD's?
The next single is apparently 'Put Your Hands Up'.

One of the best choices, shame it'll struggle to go Top 40.

If there were physicals copies I would get one!

omg stupid dutch press. Now that Cheryl has succes over here (:puke2:) they make Nadine look like a fool. Today they said that Nadine ''wanted a Girls Aloud re-union in the future'' because she's flopping. They actually gave that as the reason. They didn't mention (probably don't even know) that GA are just on a HIATUS, and their re-union is PLANNED.

They also said that Cheryl apparently was also interested in a reunion (??? They must've just made that stuff up), and that Nadine only sold 117 copies of her single in the first week.

That is just :puke2: because those were only the first day sales and only the physical sales.

I really hate press that just make stuff up or leave things out so it looks worse.
