May 17, 201015 yr If I Like That comes top10 i will send The Potter Puppet Pals - 'The Mysterious Ticking Noise' to the next contest. I would probably give points to that to be honest.
May 17, 201015 yr The (Current) Final Results [Part 2] (Pavel Is A Tard Remix) http://i41.tinypic.com/hslv81.png Don't forget [Part III] (Theo is Tarder) [Deluxe Edition] where you actually order songs properly! :D
May 17, 201015 yr I'm already having the 6th most points I ever received and behind 5 songs, all of them were 100+ pointers! :o I never said thank you to everybody who voted for me. Extremely appreciated! Oh and i'm officially backing Espen for the win now! :cheer: Edited May 17, 201015 yr by Ljósið
May 17, 201015 yr Nobody's jumping or anything, we'll just be checking that everything is right and perfect (my pet hate lolllz) with Theo. :D I actually want to write some program (on Delphi) with a simple interface that will allow you to form current scoreboards after each set of votes. There will be no 'human factor' (unless you choose the wrong item from the pop-out (or whatever the name is) list)! I'm quite excited about it tbh lolz, will try to get with it by the time of the next contests final. Excel is dull. :smoke: You could do it in Visual Basic as well. It's been like 4years since i last played with VB
May 17, 201015 yr I won't be here tonight as I will be at work. I'll probably check on my phone around 9-ish, but meh. Sorry :( I wish those who recieve my points (which haven't been revealed yet) the best of luck! Here's hoping for a shock winner that isn't a favourite :kink:
May 17, 201015 yr I was 100% sure I wouldn't win, I just hoped to finish well. And yes, I am still 100% sure I won't win. :P Edited May 17, 201015 yr by Leaf
May 17, 201015 yr You could do it in Visual Basic as well. It's been like 4years since i last played with VB I've never worked with it before, I'm used to Borland/Turbo Delphi more.
May 17, 201015 yr I've never worked with it before, I'm used to Borland/Turbo Delphi more. Oh :o VB was the first language i used at school
May 17, 201015 yr Oh :o VB was the first language i used at school Pascal was the first programming language i used  Delphi, Oberon, C, PHP, XML also were/are crossing my way from time to time! :o
May 17, 201015 yr Pascal was the first programming language i used  Delphi, Oberon, C, PHP, XML also were/are crossing my way from time to time! :o It did VB to start, some basic C, i think i've used some Pascal [AI language yeah?] i've also done a little Java and HTML which were self taught for my Advanced Higher Project. [Which i got an A for, not that it appeared on my grades ]

[Which i got an A for, not that it appeared on my grades ] HTML for me as well by default, we had to write a site last year! :o You mean 'Artificial Intelligence'? :o It's basically Delphi, only it's DOS-based, Turbo Pascal is the programme we used. Pretty easy and good for beginners! Oh and this reminded me of the last year i programmed on Macromedia Flash, it's AMAZING and complicated at the same time  You should try this one, so many new things you can do that no other programme can. <3
May 17, 201015 yr CENSURER Clearly someone has forgootten how an ironic joke works :( Gutted for you Tirren

Turbo Pascal rings a bell. I did all this at high school, so it wasn't anything overly complicated. Flash produces nice GUI's  i get all anal about my User Interface, it has to be perfect lol :( I wrote a site for my project, but to make it of an advanced higher level i had to add CSS and JavaScript. It looked basic colour wise, but it was a kick ass little site likes.

I was writing this game and i could literally sit for days making up, trying and burning down the ideas for interface, user menu etc i.e. things that the person who will use the programme will see before anything else you write. Our teacher says that good looking interface is half of the work.
