He's not only tired of fame but also of himself. On his way home Dima gets ran over by a blonde girl who helps him home. As soon as the girl (who is a papparazzi) puts him in bed, she takes some dream photos that all papparazzi would have loved to take. But the girl realizes she's in love with him and deletes the photos. Anastacia is the narrator of the story. You can also see the making of another scene in the video below, which isn't to my taste at all...
