I've always felt the sound engineer sabotaged this. Somebody has turned the guitars right down and it makes Extreme Noise Terror sound rather feeble compared to normal.

 

Great idea though. I remember having to shell out £30 for the single at a record fair that year

 

 

Apparently The Black Room was going to heavily feature ENT as well but Bill Drummond called it all off after taking a look in the proverbial 'Nietzschean abyss'.

I love this (although I remember at the time, I was 14, I was confused and wanted them to do the original). I was pretty distraught when they announced their retirement the same night. You don't get groups like this nowadays, more's the pity.
