If you haven't seen this yet. What have you been doing with your life. The ad is so frecking amazing. Nike have put themselves to a whole new level with this one and in my opinion have blown their competition out of the water. The advert is 3 minutes and 4 seconds long but trust me it's worth the watch. There's a moment when Ronaldo meets Homer. Haha classic. :lol:

NIKE'S "Write the Future" World Cup ad risks becoming a comedy classic after virtually all its stars flopped in South Africa.

 

The TV ad, watched 30million times on the web, includes Wayne Rooney - who didn't score. He lined up with Cristiano Ronaldo, who also misfired as Portugal crashed out against rivals Spain.

 

Franck Ribery helped prove France had no right to be at the World Cup, while Chelsea's Didier Drogba could not boost Ivory Coast.

 

Italy's Fabio Cannavaro was unable to lift Italy and Ronaldinho did not even make the Brazil squad.

I first saw it aired during the LOST finale, and I believe my initial comment was "what a pile of overblown shit". Turns out I was right.

 

Ridiculous, cringeworthy, annoying advert showcasing some of football's most unbearable players. Typical Nike advert, then.
