I've been really underwhelmed by the Songs so far I have to say :(.

'It's On' is okay, good energy but hasn't clicked (need a few more listens).

'Can't Back Down' - love Demi's vocals though as ever but the production/lyrics are flat and unoriginal.

Hopefully they're saving best till last haha!

What have you thought so far? :)

I agree with you about 'It's On'. It's got good energy, but I don't find it that good. 'Can't Back Down' is much better imo, probably because of Demi's vocals.

I hope the others are better! :D

There's an app out now for the film and you get a free song download with it (released in US, not sure about UK). :)

It's On is available on iTunes now. :D

It'll flop... at least until movie's out (but even then...) :heehee:.

Still not really fond of this though.

I agree. 'It's On' isn't that good of a song. I wonder if any song will be able to chart in the top 40 like 'This Is Me' from the first Camp Rock did.

"I Wouldn't Change A Thing" Released: June 15, 2010

"Brand New Day" Released: July 13, 2010

Brand New Day appears to be the opener for sequel so it should hopefully be a punchy pop track.

I think the Joe/Demi songs have best chance of charting come August/Film release:

"I Wouldn't Change A Thing" & "You Are My Favorite Song" are the duet titles. ^_^

I agree, 'Brand New Day' sounds like a punchy pop track, I think it will be something similar to 'Who Will I Be', which was the opener for the first film.

I think the Joe/Demi duets will do best as well, seeing that 'This Is Me' managed to reach top 40 for the first film. ^_^

''Wouldn't Change A Thing'' and ''Introducing Me'' are early favourites.

''Introducing Me'' intention is to be charming/funny, sounds like 'I'm Yours' by Mraz...

''Wouldn't Change A Thing'' is quite cheesy but it's the best of the duets - definitely the ''This Is Me'' of the Sequel.

''Fire'' offers something a bit different - sounds a bit like 4 minutes by Justin/Madonna.

Just listened to it, and at the moment my favourites are 'Can't Back Down', 'Brand New Day' and 'Wouldn't Change A Thing'. :)
I didn't like Camp Rock and I wasn't all that impressed with the music either but I suppose I'll give this one a try because I do like a bit of the brothers Jonai
