Posted May 25, 201015 yr Tuesday, May 25, 2010 Will's US Promotional Trip: The Story So Far Will's first ever US EP 'Leave Right Now' goes on digital sale in the US today, and to mark the release, later today Will will perform his highly anticipated performance on the American Idol final! And that's not all. If you're wondering how Will's promotional trip in the US has gone so far, then here's a quick update.... To kick things off, Will began his visit with an acoustic recording of 'Leave Right Now' for Extra news. This was followed by a busy radio junket which saw Will interviewed by many of the major names from cities across the US. He discussed his upcoming performance on American Idol and what tips he may be offering to the finalists. After two hours of solid interviews, Will managed to squeeze in an hour of downtime, enjoying a quick Starbucks in the Californian sun. Then it was on to rehearsals at Ultra Suede, in preparation for a special performance after American Idol where Will will play an intimate set of five tracks for some very lucky US fans and industry types. The day was finished off with a visit to Perez Hilton's party and then on to the E! TV 20th Anniversary party... It's not all been work for Will however. Before his hectic working week in LA started, he began his trip with some sun, sea and surf. A trip to Laguna beach was a welcome treat and relaxing by the pool at his hotel has meant that Will is in perfect spirits to tackle the hype building over his American Idol performance and EP release.
