the maNga singer looks HOT!!! :kink:

My mum said that too :P

I agree with everyone - Turkey was better live. Probably my favourite PERFORMANCE of the night, and it'll have certainly stood out, last & a completely different song to everything else

Oh wow.

First off WTF at Croatia and Sweden not getting through?! Israel was as awful as I thought it would be and I am amazed Harel qualified. Cyprus was a big shock too, but hooray for the fellow Welsh lad - all the acts I saw live in London are through

I got 8/10 in my prediction, the obvious two listed above being the ones I thought would qualify. I would not be surprised if Georgia won that semi tbh. It was pretty epic.

Very disappointed by a lot of the performances tonight also. Armenia, Switzerland & Azerbaijan were weak, Denmark lacked chemistry, Croatia went out of time which might have cost them, Romania had lyric errors throughout, Anna still can't say iron, Niamh completely messed up the last note which I thought might cost them a place in the final. She was lucky to get through.

Biggest improvements came from Ukraine, Cyprus, Georgia and Turkey, though the endless flashing was horrid.

It was hilarious too to see loads of the last placed entries, including Jemini  .

My vote went to Ireland mainly because of her performance at the preview show.

There is going to be uproar in Sweden tonight I imagine, still they should have sent Kom. Keep On Walking would have failed to I reckon.

Out of interest, when was the last time ESC had a joint winner? If it's an open field the points for each country could be widespread meaning no one or two songs run ahead of everyone else making it a two horse race.

Even if there is only one winner on Saturday I get the impression this year after the final set of points have been awarded, there could be nothing in it between the top 3. Unlike last year where Norway were already miles ahead of the competition halfway through the voting.

Usually i dont like Croatian entries and am usually disapointed when they qualify, this year is the first year i have liked a song from croatia since 99 and they dont qualify, cursed or what!!

I know. Past two years - awful songs, both got through. That old man in 2008 :puke2:

2010. In my "amazing" category, and not getting through  Happy for Denmark though, at least we have 3 out of 5 Scandinavian countries in the final. After the past two years when they've all got through, I thought near the end we'd only have 2 on Saturday.

Your health is ok, Ireland weren't the last qualifier to be announced :D

Yay for good health!

In the final I'll be supporting Albania, Belgium, Turkey, Germany, Iceland, Denmark, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Romania , Cyprus, Belarus, Moldova and of course Ireland. (12 songs, nearly half the final XD) So many great songs, there's alot there but I'd honestly be very happy to see any of them win. Although obviously an Ireland win would be number one

I liked Armenia but I thought it wasn't as vibrant as I remember.....a bit on the bland side. :( So it's gone down alot in my estimations......Azerbaijan has never been that high on my like list either....but it's still nice and I'm glad it qualified.

I'm pretty much of the opposite opinion. I do wonder if Kom would have got through at all, folk is seemingly out this year, even if it is more poppy. Maybe they all would have failed? Darin probably would have failed, Eric Saade could have scraped through I suppose. Pretty weak MF compared to 2009, Christer massively needs to sort it out, but I really don't know where they're going to go from here

Azerbaijan was dreadful tonight, Denmark too. Really would have preferred Sweden and the Netherlands instead. Actually gutted about Sweden because it was my #1 for weeks.

Time for the draw soon, with Georgia first.
