Posted May 27, 201015 yr Out of all previous singles (and album tracks if you want too) do you think would still perform well in the charts if it were to be a new release now, or which songs that underperformed when originally released do you think would do well now. You could also say which album tracks you think would do well if they were released as singles now. Here is mine for and example, Sound of the Underground - I believe this would still do well if it were to be released now. Love Machine - i think this would do just as well now. Wake Me Up - I believe this could be bigger. Biology Something Kinda Ooooh! Sexy! No No No What do you think?
May 28, 201015 yr I say these singles would be successful if released now: Sound of the underground Life got cold The show Love machine I'll stand by you Biology Something kinda ooooh Sexy no no no Call the shots Can't speak french The promise I believe the other singles were just a bit too weak or were released at the right time. The album tracks that could be big right now are: Girls Allowed Graffiti my soul Here we go Waiting Close to love Girl overboard Blackjacks Control of the knife Fling Turn to stone Miss you bow wow Revolution in the head Edited May 28, 201015 yr by inland16
May 28, 201015 yr I don't think 'Can't Speak French' would be a hit now, to be honest. Or if they released 'I'll Stand By You' without any charity backing I don't think that would do too well. The only songs I think that would do amazingly right now are 'Sound of the Underground', 'Biology', 'Sexy! No No No...', 'The Promise' (even though that's recent in itself) and/maybe 'Love Machine'. May 29, 201015 yr I think 'Love Machine' and 'Biology' would be much bigger now then when they were released. Both songs would have much higher sales, longer chart runs and possibly higher peaks as well. I also think 'Something Kinda Ooooh' could be bigger too.
May 31, 201015 yr I think if Call The Shots was released for the first time now with their additional hype it would be their biggest hit!
June 1, 201015 yr I definitley think Whole Lotta History would have missed the top 10 judging by its poor chart run and almost zero promotion, they were really lucky on that one, I think See The Day would have missed it as well it was not well liked and christmas competiton would have probably been tougher.
