I'm the opposite, I hate (with a passion) deadwood in my chart - Look around the personal charts forum now and you'll see people still charting Don't Stop Believin' and Empire State Of Mind etc...no thanks, I was bored of them by February :kink: As soon as a song leaves my top 20, I pretty much stop listening to it to focus on new songs, there are only so many hours in the week to listen to music :heehee:

 

I understand what you mean - I'd rather listen to Tangled Up from start to finish as a whole, but give me Out Of Control if I've only got 20 minutes and want to listen to some GA highlights :wub:

I wouldn't exactly call some of the stuff in my chart deadwood. But songs do tend to hang around in the top 20 for a couple of weeks, then drop quickly through 20-30, then re-stable themselves in the 30-40 region. :kink:

 

Or... just make a playlist of the best songs from both! ;D

She's always been my least favourite and the only band member I don't care for at all vocally :lol: The Promise is my favourite single of theirs! 6 weeks at #1 in my chart :wub: Untouchable was my least favourite from the era and in my bottom 3 GA singles, along with Wake Me Up and Walk This Way! :o GA material is pretty amazing to me, even their weaker albums (Chemistry and Sound of the Underground) are leagues ahead of both Saturdays albums for me. I sound like I'm criticising the Sats but I'm not, I love them - but they're nothing on GA for me.

Quite clearly :o although everyone seems to have different opinions when it comes to GA. What I will agree with you on though is Love Machine which is in my top 3 of theirs along with The Promise and either The Loving Kind or Sound of the Underground :wub: On another note, how on earth does this topic get over 500 views every week when most personal charts get 50-100? :lol: Maybe some outsiders from Google like to use it for something or other :kink:
