August 13, 201014 yr The Not Giving Up On Love EP is available to pre-order on iTunes UK with an expected release of 20 August 2010. The label copyright is "Armin Audio B.V. under exclusive license to Armada Music B.V.," not Fascination, so it looks like this is being treated as an "Armin featuring Sophie" release. Also, iTunes UK has only the first four tracks in their bundle (no Glenn Morrison or Mischa Daniels remixes). However, the bundle is available for just 1.79 pounds. The Armada Music website also lists the times for each mix in the digital bundle, in case anyone was wondering: 1. Not Giving Up On Love (Album Version) (02:53) 2. Not Giving Up On Love (Extended Version) (06:52) 3. Not Giving Up On Love (Dash Berlin 4AM Mix) (07:06) 4. Not Giving Up On Love (Jorn van Deynhoven Remix) (06:54) So, God only knows if the new Sophie album will ever happen, but at least we'll be able to purchase a new Sophie single soon. I'll be treating it as "the next single from the new Sophie album that will probably never be released!" Edited August 13, 201014 yr by diditagain
August 13, 201014 yr Well, it's denmark (amazon.de). I'm not sure what's actually happening in Sophieland in Britain as someone thinks she was dropped from Fascination. The album news are equaled to zero now too. Wow, it is not going well for her is it? :( The Not Giving Up On Love EP is available to pre-order on iTunes UK with an expected release of 20 August 2010. August 14, 201014 yr I think amazon.de is Germany, isn't it? actually I'm pretty sure, not that it really matters.
August 14, 201014 yr dropped? I hope not....what makes you think this? I don't think she was dropped as there wasn't any official announcement like with 'Girls Can't Catch'. But Fascination are so apart of this release of 'Not Giving Up'! They've made 100500 tweets about release of 'Missing You' and nothing about NGU. Besides, in some countries like Australia the song is released via non-Universal label. And there isn't any promotion for the UK. I hope it'll do well but now there's nothing about this release in press. Ah, yeah, Deutschland  Thanks XXXO Edited August 14, 201014 yr by Arrs
August 14, 201014 yr I can't see the album ever being released to be honest. They've made such a mess of this and left it too long between each single. They've ruined her chances of any success with this album.
August 17, 201014 yr Video will premiere tonight. Why are things going so fast now :P? Something's actually happening!!! Excited!!
August 17, 201014 yr My thoughts on the video : - The sunglasses Sophie wears are really cool - She has some bitchy looks in there too, that we all remember from Murder on the Dancefloor - The adds are really annoying though in the top corner (but that's not in the real video ofc). All in all the video is good.
August 17, 201014 yr oh sure : Found it on Armin's youtube page.. missed it on Dutch TV this afternoon where it first aired.
August 18, 201014 yr I give it 9 points, the song is amazing and Sophie is amazing, but minus one point for being too short.
August 19, 201014 yr The video is nice, Sophie looks stunning. The fact that this is going to be released tomorrow though is just screaming a flop, I think it will be lucky to make the top 75. :(
August 19, 201014 yr Promo is all tbh. If this song is going to be promoted on TV, will get the Radio-1 playlist, it could do a 'Commander' or even better. It's no different from singles releases which are already available as the album versions.
August 20, 201014 yr Already available on iTunes :o I really like the song, far more my sort of dance than Bittersweet.
August 20, 201014 yr Already available on iTunes :o I really like the song, far more my sort of dance than Bittersweet. Well, you should like this release as it's a worldwide release without any holdings back. :P Personally I think it's too early for this track, practically no one knows about it, it's not even in the top-1000 still!
August 20, 201014 yr Well, you should like this release as it's a worldwide release without any holdings back. :P Personally I think it's too early for this track, practically no one knows about it, it's not even in the top-1000 still! Put it this way, I bought it this morning and if it hadn't been on there I would have looked for it elsewhere. So I'm an example of 'if songs are released instantly, there would be less illegal downloading' :D I'm more than happy to pay for downloads but 90% of the time they're not available when I want them. It's not the sort of track that will do anything without promo anyway, and if it does get promo i.e. Radio 1 playlisting/video rotation, I see no reason why it can't climb in the coming weeks.
