Posted June 8, 201015 yr Has anybody heard of Renée Fleming? She’s a really amazing opera singer and she’s really well known for her incredible voice. I was just browsing through some covers of Muse on youtube, and I came across a video of her cover of Endlessly! I was really shocked that this opera woman was doing rock covers, but she sounded great. Watch her in this video about her new album Dark Hope (which I’m pretty sure came out today, btw) she’s singing Muse at 3:35. What do you guys think of her?

What's shocking about an Opera singer dong Muse?? LOL. They're a very "Operatic" kind of band in a lot of ways... Seems to me their a lot of their stuff would translate really well to a Classical/Opera treatment... I mean, considering that Matt Bellamy is himself Classically trained, I'm not surprised by this at all.... It works pretty well the opposite way around too, check out Nightwish's cover of "Phantom of the Opera" next time you're on Youtube....
