depends if you are an ultraindie kid or not. think there will be a few old albums that any indie fan whatever age will have and think moz album will be one of them (as they are always cheap in hmv)

I think Home is infinately better than anything they've previously done, and yet it bombs and they're dropped, oh well.

 

I saw them in concert in February of last year, at a local university, it was really good actually, Nick was shirtless. :D

It seems a bit premature if they've already distributed the album. I hope fans can get hold of it one way or another. ;)

I can't understand why they'd be dropped without being given the chance to release the album, it seems stupid.

 

If the single bombs, surely it indicates they released the wrong song?

Their website is saying the album has been postponed and will be released to coincide with the UK tour later this year.

 

Maybe they're going to re-record some of it, or add more songs on? It is a pretty bland album!

The first album peaked at #3 on the charts, and in total sold roughly about 300k I think (give or take) the first 2 singles did fairly well, but the rest flopped. -_-

I doubt they've been dropped the week the single is released, but the way things are going, I expect it to happen soon. I've seen zilch promotion for them.

Nor me, but in these days with no CD:UK or TOTP Saturday, it's easy for releases to go under the radar unless they've had BBC support.

I believe they have or will be dropped as their past few singles have flopped and for the first off an album to flop normally gives a clear indication that the album will flop and the artist is in trouble.
