Comiserations to Hendinia and Botanikka who both dropped Eric Saade...Sangria receive the full 18 from FSR Rontvia and therefore move into 3rd place at the last minute despite 4th placed Mdice also scoring - this gives Sangria their first ever BJSC top three hit, well done there and fourth top five :cheer: And rounding off the top five is us, hosts FSR Rontvia, with our 12th top five appearance out of 27 contests :cheer: Is this the first time the top four nations (Kopečka, Mdice, FSR Rontvia and Quotosibb) have all finished inside the top five together? :o By far our personal best for our host entry after the flops of Thermostatic and Example, and they even beat Sibel, so my curse is over!!! So thank you to all who voted, and I confess that the song ‘technically’ doesn’t exist as a duet, hence why it won’t appear on any search engines or websites. An uncredited this time Neon Cloud production team (i.e. me :kink:) put it together using Lena and Ellie’s separate solo versions to create an Eva/Katie style duet, basically just because I fancied doing something slightly different for my host entry, just like the Example remix I made last time I hosted, with a song that I knew nobody but myself could have possibly heard in this form, so I’m very pleased that a lot of people enjoyed/discovered it :wub: So although using a BJSC winner and current Eurovision winner together may have looked slightly cheap, I had my inspired reasons for doing so :heehee: And eagerly await another country to use their own song/production/remix/creation in the contest, it’s fully within the rules after all :o Angelicland move above Nonsuch in the final vote to take 6th place, but the latter along with Greenfroze, Letland and Numayania complete the top ten - that’s almost 50% of the top ten as male acts!!!
