The dancing was fabulous....I'd go again

I can sit through a ballet because there's a story unfolding and endure slightly less long watching ballroom dancing but highland dancing, irish dancing and morris dancing I can only watch for about 20 minutes if I really keep a grip on myself.

 

I've never been keen on contempoary dance. I really wanted to fast forward some of the dance bits in Chicago especially When Velma Takes The Stand and although the crapshooters' ballet in Guys and Dolls has always been praised as masterly and retained in every production, I just wanted them to roll the dice and get on with it.

 

That's why "juke box" musicals or ones where the dance outweighs the book and songs do not appeal to me in the slightest. I'd be fidgeting around and spoiling the evening for other theatregoers.

We have a few weeks left, it only seems yesterday since I did the last lot.

 

I can never think what to write....and my family are even worse :lol:

I think they counted round 24th before.

I tend to put my months in last minute at the moment....could be different this month....;)

I just forget about this month after month!! I must try to do one some time soon

It's never to the front of my memory either. Then when I do do it, they don't send me an email.

There are too many clicks. Sometimes I miss out one of the stages but I think I've done it and I wait and wait fruitlessly.

I think I've missed one month since we started but that's all - I always have trouble fitting everything I want to say

into just 25 characters!! :rolleyes: :D

perhaps we should all do it at the beginning of the month....then we wont forget.....or at least we'll have 4weeks to remember :lol:

The limited characters are what stop me several times. There's something I'd like to say but no way it will fit on, I get disheartened, go away to think about what to say and forget to drop in again.

 

That was some rise last time though.
