July 13, 201014 yr OMG is so hope that thye sort this out for you Sue.......it seems there is a lack of conmunication between the couriers and the theatre itself  !............But like Meg has said...when you booked you were given a refference number, so as long as you have this you will still have your seat, coz they will also have this on logged on their computers, so all they will need is your name and your booking refference number......but hopeflly you still get you ticket before then!...........but if not, make sure yhat you ring the theatre a few days before you go, to let them know what has happened so that they are aware of your situation :( ..........I sohope that you get your ticket beforev then though :)
