October 22, 201014 yr thats a shame ubt I know I found trains timetables and connections were no use, woking is a two hour 3 train journey from here, much the same for wimbledon! - OH says by car we can do its 45mins hopefully -
October 22, 201014 yr About the same for me. Wimbledon was a shorter trip because of the direct rail link. It's a shame you can't make it, Bramley. I think you'd have enjoyed it. I couldn't go to the panto at the same time that Pam and Nina had booked as there wasn't a plane that would get me home. Transport is a pain some times Edited October 22, 201014 yr by megham
October 22, 201014 yr Glad you enjoyed the show BT :) Shame about the screamers and the poor mic first half, but I knew you'd be able to hear D singing clearly throughout. I get the strangest feeling. I am just a fan, a nobody, but when D sings he fills me with pride for him :) I guess I'm just odd, but I don't care, I can't help it :) OMG Darius fills me with soooooooo much Pride too!! :D ........just soooooooo VERY Proud of him indeed...always have been and always will be!! :D
October 22, 201014 yr sounds better and better, so many great songs darius can sing, the show souds as if it is getting better and better- the more darus the better tbh Too right PIP...couldn't agree with you more!! Edited October 22, 201014 yr by darius4me
October 23, 201014 yr Hi, I went to Darlington and all I can say is that Darius was fantastic - the show was incredible. There was alot of very satisfied people afterwards. There was a very long queue to meet Darius, he made sure that everyone managed to spend a little time with him - signing programs etc and posing for photos. He was stood near to the door against a divider piece so that photos could be taken without anyone in the back ground. Although I did notice that a few people hung around for more time with him which he duely gave even though by this time he was clearly tired. The staff waited patiently near the kiosk - wearing their uniform jackets and at no time approached anyone unlike other venues I have been to. Over all this was a truely great evening
October 23, 201014 yr He is good, isn't he? He does genuinely appreciate the support people give him - even when he's tired. Vocally, he is brilliant. It's great to hear your revue. There are lots of pictures and all the news any of us find, we put on this site first. It's been going for a long while now. If you like to see old videos and photos, you can also find them on http://www.facebook.com/pages/Darius-Campb...126276610757175 That facebook page was started with his knowledge and talks with his manager.
October 24, 201014 yr Managed to get a mention for the Manchester show on Radio Manchester this morning. Every little helps! Sue

October 26, 201014 yr thanks, nina - i didnt take a camera last night, didnt realise we would be able to stand where we could after the show - my mobile ones arent that great - although j got some video so something to remember it by. lovely watchng him meeting the audience the show has improved since the first one, much more darius singing, and more relaxed - so glad we got there - darius was superb, if i can have fever on cd the way he performed it last night my life is complete - couldnt help laughing at the curtain incident cant get bada bing out of my mind on waking this morning, he has altered the intros to that and jack,,which is better than before. and his voice in the chorus of crazy love is to die for, that really is a superb chorus - lots of positive comments after the show, the chap next to me was enjoying the new songs too, i never queued,i never manage to get anything of any meanig out of my mouth, and dont need any more sigs..just gazed from the vantage point you were at, then hubby spotted the dancer, and wanted his pic taken with her - then assaulted her by planting a kiss on her cheek..lol all in all, if wimbledon was even better and was filmed - i pray there is a dvd
October 26, 201014 yr Yayyyyyy glad you had such an Amasing time last night PIP!! :D .........What happened with the curtain though??Lol Mmmmmmmmmm Gorgeous pics Nina  ....thanx for putting them up for us!! :D
October 26, 201014 yr Managed to get a mention for the Manchester show on Radio Manchester this morning. Every little helps! Sue Well done Sue,....that is Fantastic!!
October 26, 201014 yr lol, at the end before he comes on for the encore, the curtain came down as he was saying that was the end of the show a big fringed one..unfortunately darius wasstanding directly under it and got engulfed in curtain fringe etc, it was so funny and as usual darius used it to full effect - his face was a picture as he looked up next time he came forward - just to check..
October 26, 201014 yr It's a shame that bit wasn't filmed. Thje look on Darius' face when the curtain hit him was great. Darius said the album is going to be a mixture of his own stuff and some covers. It sounds as though it's going to be good. Still love 'Feeling 'Good' so I'm hoping that's one of the covers.
October 26, 201014 yr i long for that, feeling good was great - fever was the best have ever heard.i was melting. a mixed cd would be lovely. i did like the intos of his new songs more, i did find them a little stark at st albans, the more i hear them the more i love them tbh, comments from a chap leaving the theatre to someone saying how good darius' new songs were, worked well with the dancer on stage and moves. i really hope it contiues in the new year..think hubby will go again, as long as he doesnt assault the dancer with an unexpected kiss again lol tut Edited October 26, 201014 yr by prettyinpink
