February 14, 201114 yr I still haven't seen last night's show, but I downloaded it, and I'm going to watch it on Tuesday (not on V-day sadly ) I already saw the results, all my favourites in the studio version went out AGAIN :manson: I thought Christian would win the whole thing. By the way a clip leaked of Love Generation's fourth heat song on Amazon :o http://www.amazon.co.uk/Dance-Alone/dp/B004MAIUCO I like it, suprisingly Schlager. Doesn't sound like a Gaga song. But I wonder what they will do now it has leaked? !!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!! !!!! IT IS EVERYTHING I HOPED FOR
February 14, 201114 yr well Jedward preview leaked on amazon too, and they are going on ESC :P maybe the same will happen with Love Generation :kink:

But I wonder what they will do now it has leaked? Didn't one of the clips of something in MF leak early last year, and to level the playing field back, they revealed the rest of the clips early too? As for Christian, love the song (Mauro Picotto's Lizard popped up!) but he didn't sell it as well as he could have done, he made it sound far less memorable than it actually is. My favourites apart from Le Kid have all gone to the next stage so far, so I'm fairly happy.
February 14, 201114 yr Been taken off Amazon now, and it doesn't seem to be on YouTube yet, and will be taken off if anyone puts it up. Anyone have a download link to the clip?
February 15, 201114 yr Sorry, never thought of that :drama: More random MF news, although a bit more old-school, Sarah Dawn Finer's demo version of Alcazar's Not A Sinner Nor A Saint, which makes it sound like Britney-meets-Anastacia, will be included on a Melodifestivalen BOX SET celebrating the last ten years! http://poppostergirl.blogspot.com/2011/02/...-i-planned.html I hope all the random versions we never get to hear are on it, like Linda Bengtzing's I Did It For You (Jag Ljuger Sa Bra), and Timoteij's Run (you can guess that one) are on it!

I'm almost certainly going to get that boxset (unless the price is too much for me to justify), and I love SDF's version of Not A Sinner Nor A Saint, very different!
February 15, 201114 yr Author Tbh I never heard it until tonight, have you seen a pre-order anywhere  Of course, it's been up on my favourite non-UK CD site for weeks; http://www.nordicmusik.com/ £58.74 though :drama:
February 15, 201114 yr Bloody hell :drama: I'm going to wait for a download  I've never ordered anything from there tbh, I get all my scandi stuff on eBay or download...
February 15, 201114 yr Author Bloody hell :drama: I'm going to wait for a download  I've never ordered anything from there tbh, I get all my scandi stuff on eBay or download... Really :o It's so cheap though, pretty much UK prices for compilations and only a couple of quid more for artist albums. Not like CDon which is unbelivably expensive unless they're having a sale (which are actually decent).
February 15, 201114 yr I paid 60 euros inclusive of shipping for 3 Tone Damli albums and the Schlager comp. I didn't think that was too bad.
February 15, 201114 yr Author I paid 60 euros inclusive of shipping for 3 Tone Damli albums and the Schlager comp. I didn't think that was too bad. Have they arrived yet? If so, what do you think of the Schlager CD?
February 15, 201114 yr Have they arrived yet? If so, what do you think of the Schlager CD? Yes! Yesterday  It was amazingly quick and the Tone Damli CD's were AMAZING. So pretty The Schlager CD is turning out to be good.
February 15, 201114 yr Author Yes! Yesterday  It was amazingly quick and the Tone Damli CD's were AMAZING. So pretty The Schlager CD is turning out to be good. It's still never off my CD player, nothing like some MF classics to make me smile  The random additions of Varsta Schlagern and My Number One were much appreciated too  less so Tingaliin (or however it's spelt, I honestly never got the joke).
February 15, 201114 yr Varsta Schlagern is AMAZING. Been blasting CD1 in the car. That, Cara Mia and Stay The Night
February 15, 201114 yr Author If it had finished one place lower in BJSC, it would have been my first flop since Example! As it happens, it finished just in the top half and I haven't flopped since summer 2009 - until this month probably  CD2 has Sanna and Caroline Af Ugglas on I think - all three discs have massive high points (and Carola!)
February 17, 201114 yr HEAT 3: Linda Sundblad: A pop song in the spirit of Miley Cyrus with OK verses, but a slightly underwhelming chorus. A bit pointless? Linda wants us to "swim in her ocean". Simon Forsberg: It's like an old schlagerballad meeting a psalm. This might be a total disaster or a huge hit on Svensktoppen. Simon might get it rough with the critics tomorrow... This is such a traditional ballad that it might go down as a twaddle. Sara Lumholt: The stereo tries its best to sabotage Saras song with sounds from hell, but I like this. A sort of midtempo RnB kinda thing with a chorus that gets to your head as glue: You're the enemy, enemy, enemy. You're the enemy, enemy, enemy. The Playtones: Kempe's second song today. It's rockabilly. Östen Me Resten meets a tube of brylcreme I guess? A hard genre for me to review Shirley's Angels: I love the production on this. James Bond meets Min Kärlek with a Shirley vibrato. But is she Sanna or Bettan? Sebastian: I love this. My favorite so far this week. Think Melody Club's early hits and you got it. I love the production on this. Very me. Sara Varga: A Lisa Ekdahl-ish song about assault in a relationship. Very simple but effective girl-with-a-guitar-song. Eric Saade: Boney M-drums goes into a hard electro beat. This song is here to win. No doubt about it. Damn, this is good. He might sing Popular more times than he sung Manboy by the way. No mentions of 'Only Girl', 'Firework' or anything amazing like that with these reviews *cries* Edited February 17, 201114 yr by Robot.
February 17, 201114 yr Author Hmm...definitely looking forward to Eric Saade, Shirley's Angels and Sebastian but then I was anyway... The Playtones song sounds horrendous, surely not MF's very own Lucky Bullets? :puke:
