While I agree with MIA's claim against Ke$ha copying Uffie, although Uffie herself doesn't really care. I wasn't impressed with her dissing Lady GaGa. GaGa's music & image is what makes her stand out from the rest. I think it's unfair for someone like MIA to slam an artist who hasn't had time to adjust, GaGa isn't just a bubblegum popstar, she writes, plays piano & stands out from the rest. I know that GaGa will join Beatles, Michael Jackson & Madonna as a music Icon in years to come. I'm all for freedom of speech but in MIA's case it's just jealousy I feel. I also hope Janet can achieve a good position in this chart. Despite her music not being as succesful as of late. Janet was always my favourite Jackson. janet, Velvet Rope & Control are amazing albums and she has never got the hype or applause that she really does deserve. Despite Amy coming from the same smalltown as me. "Just a smalltown girl" she is another artist that deserves more recognition. I was shocked that despite her number 1 platinum album she wasn't up for any Brit Awards. I know she is bigger in Europe but she is defo unique.

I agree than MIA has been missing the target with her mouthy behaviour of late but when it comes down to it she deserves to be in this chart a whole lot more than many other people. I'm not sure Amy McDonald has done as much to deserve her place and I dont feel she has been unjustly left out but she is a lot more talented than some of the p***-poor wenches that have made it. I wouldn't single out MIA as one of those.
