What about "Peace Will Come" and "Visionary Dream"?

"Visionary Dream" was quite good, but "Peace Will Come" was pretty bad - the best thing about it was the amazing costume change

Peace Will Come was amazing and so was Visionary Dream :)

Peace Will Come was horrible for me, one of my least favourite entries of the last few years, hated her vocals and just the general tune really...

 

Visionary Dream was decent, Shine was alright...but I've never loved a Georgia entry, seeing as the UK refused Katie Melua maybe her native country should send her next year...

Ok, I take back what I said about France never being able to send something which would be in my top 3 rankings. At one point in 2008 (after all songs had been selected!!!), they were at #5 in my rankings :kink:

 

I still stand by what I said about Georgia though. "We Don't Wanna Put In" probably would've been top 10 in my rankings, though. And "Shine" was in my top 10 on the night, based on performances. But the songs are normally only "Good" or below, with the on-the-night performance making it better.

 

I liked 'Peace Will Come', 'We Don't Wanna Put In' (mainly because of how ridiculous it was :P 'We don't want Putin, the negative mood is killing the groove, wish that I could shoot him' :lol:) and 'Shine', but yes - 'Shine' was only average until the final performance, that was a classic case of someone outperforming the song to get a good result.

It was definitely up there :wub: There was so much passion and belief in her performance, Safura could've learnt from he -_-

 

But the performance of Työlki Ellää in the semi was probably the best of the whole competition for me :cry: How did it DNQ?

Yeah! Stupid people voting RUSSIA?!!?!?!?!? The best song was Työlki Ellää by far but i think that their performance was still 2nd best. :o

I liked Russia. Sorta weird I know, but yeah....
