some outstanding performances, especially the demure jess ennis, and the highlight was mo farah in the 5k.... what a brilliant performance! world class!

 

mo HAS to be sports personality of the year.. i cant see anyone topping his acheivements.

If he goes to do the same in the commonwealths i'd say he has a good chance but as it's just the Europeans he may not even be nominated.

super meeting in stockholm last night, tyson gaye beating usain bolt! ... michael rimmer had an astounding run too nearly beating the russian european champ (dunno how to spell his name! lol) more importantly these two europeans beat some world class africans!!
