The rumours surfaced after producer Rodney 'Darkchild' Jerkins told UStream: "Britney fans are gonna be so happy in a few weeks." Leber used his Twitter account to rebuke the claims: He wrote: "No new music news right now... Wish people wouldn't mislead you guys with BS info. Not cool! "PS - The guys that ARE working on Brit's next album ARE NOT talking about it... Brit has a new mag cover & spread coming out in the next month or so which is going to be SICK! They have also lied about '3' being performed on tour and that we would get a Circus Tour DVD, so who knows. It's 50/50.
