The concert was amazing the whole place went nuts...hubby has been to about 30 concerts with me but he just looked at me and said WHAT THE HELL :o :lol: the floor was jumping up and down with the stamping [affected my recording] they were screaming and in hubby words they were wetting themselves over Will. hubby said the only explanation he had was that it was a little welsh village and they weren't used to stars of his calibre ..and lost it :lol:

 

 

I must admit most of them looked like first timers because the look of wonder and surprise on their faces :wub:

A PERFORMANCE by popstar Will Young brought a change of pace to Ebbw Vale’s Eisteddfod pavilion last night, just 24 hours after the curtain closed on this year’s festival.

 

The Pop Idol winner’s performance in the Pink Pavilion was described as another major coup for the area following an Eisteddfod that was hailed a success by organisers.

 

Minister for Heritage, Alun Ffred Jones, said the timing of the concert to follow the Eisteddfod was “an innovation in the events industry in Wales” and “a perfect example of what can be achieved by working together”.

 

Eisteddfod spokeswoman Gwenllian Carr said it was good to see the festival’s pavilion used for a diverse range of performances.

 

“Although the performance was not an Eisteddfod event, we were delighted to allow the event organisers to use the pavilion.

 

“The idea was to allow the people of Ebbw Vale a different type of musical experience after the Eisteddfod had finished.”

I think he forgot his words again SWF - he was singing rubbish :lol: And after telling us he did it before with LIG and managed to remember the lyrics at Sandringham :rofl:
