I agree, much better episode and interesting plot involving Dorien :o

The strongest episode of this series so far, the more involvement Dorien has the stronger the episodes are.

Pauline, Linda & Lesley are on today's Mel & Sue.

Another great episode, which all three actresses were good in. Any episodes that don't feature Garthy seem to be brilliant!

not liking the new series much.

 

first 2 episodes, fine. the first one when they went on the plain even funny (great ending, i laughed for hours after it)

 

just not sure i like the current storyline with dorian- and especially the episode where aunty v had to find an heir. that was so... just blah

I was disappointed Birds of a Feather did not make the final nominations at the NTA's.

I thought last nights episode was the best episode since its return to ITV, the dynamics were great last night.

Missed it last night and forgot to record it! I'll have to catch up this weekend as I'm loving this series so far, it just gets better with every episode!

 

Fingers crossed that, despite only hitting 3/4 million viewers, ITV commission a third series!

With all my excitement for EastEnders i completely forgot about Birds of A Feather this week

Birds.. Has been renewed for series 3 (12th overall) by itv.

That is simply wonderful news. Getting commissioned for three series is great.

Has anyone heard any rumours for return dates, i wonder will get anything new for Christmas.

I see they have started advertising the new series on itv but have given no return date as of yet. Hopefully mid January.

I believe it said Thursday 10th on an ad the other night! Could be wrong on that though.

It's been confirmed the new series starts next Thursday January 7th, can't wait I hope they can get this series more consistent and do what the show does best with added Dorien please!

Oops I looked at the wrong month for the date :lol: Yeah Thursday 7th is what I meant in my last post haha. Very excited for this anyway, I've enjoyed it the last couple of series!

Id love them to move the plots around a bit for this series. They need to make Dorien rich again and have her own house , it just works better that way as thats the way it always was. Dorien while is still excellent is much better as the rich snobby neighbour popping into Sharon and Tracey for a gloat/cry/ moan over her latest conquest.

I see its showing up on the sky channel listings so the record series link is hit, im looking forward to series 3.
