I actually swear that the writers based that episode on the events of one of my friends.

that was funny as f***.

although unrealistic in many ways, i.e how stoned they were on how little weed, the fact it was their 'first gig', arent they like 17? they made such a big deal out of it. also that was not moshing.

best line: 'the only minge he's touched is his mum when he was born'

i've never known anyone who has acted like that on weed, especially that small amount, yet alone be carted off, f*** when i was like 15 and thought it was cool i smoked loads in one night without even bacci, like stoned off my brains, and so were many people and we werent even as bad as will. i guess it all adds to the humour.

 

oh and Donovan made me LOL a lot.

I didn't think tonights ep was anywhere near as good as the first, but still had its very funny moments. Just getting a tad bit unrealistic.

Same LOL! :o At MK Carnival, had a blunt all to myself. One of the worst nights in my life! I threw up orange sick in front of hundreds of people, and my mates swore I turnt green. :lol:

Will just annoys me :( I don't find him funny at all and rather unlikable tbh.

 

I loved tonight's episode though, Simon makes me laugh loads with his awkwardness, especially the whole Take That situation haha <3. Jay is amazing as well.

I thought today was better than last week's. I thought it was hilarious and had many less cringe-worthy moments and more genuine funny moments. I LOVED Will on weed, the black drug dealer and Donovan making Jay buy tea off him. Obviously if was unrealistic but I think you can suspend reality a bit for the sake of comedy.

Indeed, but it's gotten so predictable by now that at times it's not funny anymore? It's a bit like Little Britain was in that respect (except nowhere near as much so), but yeah, it's quite good that it's the final series by now...

 

I'd say this episode was funny for many of the same reasons as Andre - Donovan in particular. More stuff that was actually funny rather than 'it's gone wrong again, laugh!'.

Im loving this series and it has opened better than the second series i think.

I enjoyed the first episode of the series but last night's was very poor, the worst they've ever done. They should have canned and rewritten the entire second half. Still, Pete and the Pirates over the end credits...at least the music remains top notch on the show.

i got distracted from what Will was saying when Pete and the Pirates started playing, 'Mr Understanding' is such an amazing song.

They have conformed this is the last series which is sad but we knew it would happen and i suppose ite for the best aswell. They have also said the film should go ahead and there will be one more special after the foim to wrap everything up. I read this the other day and for the life of me i cant remember where.
