My dad's favourite singer, and a bloody good one at that, The Boss is higher than I would have guessed and I'm pleased with that!

Favourite Song: Fire (from Live/1975-85) as Bruce Springsteen And The E Street Band

Not a fan of Bruce at all tbh, don't really know any of his material

I liked some of Tinchys 2009 stuff, but now he seems a bit dated- a little too high imo

Bob Marley and Johnny Cash both of course suffered due to their time of peaking being before most BJ members were born- but they did quite well to get this high- Johnny Cash's cover of Hurt is pure brilliance    Ring Of Fire's good too, Bob Marley had some great songs too

and Kris Allen  nuff said really

edit: and add Bruce Springsteen to the above list too- he is a legend too, even though hes not really my taste

Really not my kind of music, but can appreciate his talent.

Favourite Song: Confusion Girl (from Complete Me)

Forgot about Frankmusik, he is good, but #45 good? Suprised he is this high.

Another lead singer, this time the rather tasty Adam Levine with a good voice and charisma, has a lot of potential not been used to his best in the past few years.

Favourite Song: She Will Be Loved (from Songs About Jane) as Maroon 5

Finishing miles ahead of Mark Owen, but after Robbie, Gary is the second placed Take That member in the list and usually the lead singer in the band's run, despite a few number ones, Gary Barlow's solo career was a squib.

Favourite Song: Patience (from Beautiful World) as Take That

The top Beatle on the list, personally I think he's a bit overated so I'm not sad to see him at this placing, though if over forty year-olds were voting I guess he would be a contender for number one.

Favourite Song: I Want to Hold Your Hand as The Beatles

I actually forgot all about FrankMusik! really surprised he's that high

REM are total legends- and you cant get much better than Everybody Hurts, glad he did OK, below Adam Levine's stretching it a bit, but I do like Maroon 5 too

I know Paul is often thought of as the best of the Beatles, but I think John wrote the best songs, so good to see him highest- he of course wrote Imagine, which is arguably the best song ever written- he obviously should be nearly 40 places higher, but this is Buzzjack so he was never going to do that well

Gary Barlow is certainly a great musician- really good voice, and Take That are great

Turner finishes ahead of Sting with a higher ranking top position (of 3 as opposed to 4), Turner is famous as the lead singer of The Artic Monkeys and The Last Shadow Puppets, again not really my thing but he was one of the main music indie men of the 2000s

Favourite Song: Love Machine (from BBC Radio 1's Live Lounge) as The Artic Monkeys

Favourite Song: Valerie (from Version) as Mark Ronson Ft. Amy Winehouse

If I had voted for this in time, Frankmusik would have been my number one
