September 22, 201014 yr moved so quick! my comments James Morrison- I do like him, a bit too high but hes very talented Bono- glad he's in the top half, he is a very influential great artist and whats with all the KKs? :( he may seem a bit pompous, but that shouldnt disguise how great he is Mika- I doubt he'll be this high if we do this countdown in 5 years time, I liked him in 2007, but now he seems so dated and not showing a lot of lasting potential Usher- he's certainly great for his genre, I like a few of his songs Adam Lambert- how he didnt win AI is a mystery, certainly a good winner, not sure top 30 deserved though Damon Albarn- a great artist who proved he can make great music in reality and out of it! glad he did well Jake Shears- Scissor Sisters are a great band, and he really makes them what they are- great singer Chris Brown- seriously? :puke: he didnt deserve top 100 let alone top 40 Will.I.Am- he certainly knows how to get a hit, he is certainly good for his genre Morrissey- Dont actually know a lot of his solo stuff or the Smiths stuff- although he is a legend, and Im surprised he did this well Marvin Gaye- Im really surprised hes this high up what with the age disadvantage he had on here- but pleasing, a true legend Lemar- Probably the best male reality TV show star- and he didnt even win! Mark Ronson- hes a good producer, I hated his version of Valerie, but that was largely due to Amy Winehouse singing on it Alex Turner- Arctic Monkeys were a great band and were one of the bands of the last decade- not sure about them now though, their new style isnt as good imo Sting- Surprised he is this high on a BJ countdown- not mad on him myself, but the Police were great and he is a legend Really glad Chris Martin is this high :cheer: Jason Derulo top 25 is a bit OTT, but otherwise thats not a bad top 25 Edited September 22, 201014 yr by chart wizard
