Wayne Rooney has recently become an official Ambassador for SOS Children’s Charity.

The reason tabloid newspapers do not shriek “Wayne Rooney caught doing charity work” is because it does not sell copies. I desperately hope that 99% of the people reading the revelations understand this.

Not that it was anything but a given, but Capello has said he'll quit after 2012 (presuming we qualify...). I'd guess Hodgson will take up the job before retiring unless the FA want a younger coach.
