Crossfire will probably stabilise this week as the album version is out which will help it to broadly retain its position from last week.

The Album! Looks likely for another week in the top 15! I predict they will be in the top 20 next week aswell :)

I knew you'd be pleased Tom, they're doing amazingly especially after practically no-one thought they'd even get top 10 (or top 20!!).

 

I always believed they would be an album act rather than a singles act, but it's really WAAAAAAAY better than I could have hoped. Hope it stays top 5 all week.

Oh and Olly dropping to #4 already... This one was massively front-loaded, groing from a monstruous lead at the beginning of last tweek to dropping to #4 the following week. Ouch.

I felt that way too. I hope they'll stay at #3 not only because that it's better than #5 but also because it'll finally kick Eminem out from top-3. :lol:

The fact that Hurts are ahead of Eminem is a good sign, I really can't see them falling outside the top 5 :cheer:

I think its interesting that Radio 1 has all but ignored Alexandra Burkes last few singles but yet they still all have made the top 10 , despite their lack of support for her

Never expected Alexandra to be #1 this week, its not as strong as her previous material, its better than the McFly rubbish though.

 

The Script might tail off later in the week, it just seems too high for an average track. Alesha I can see her trailing off, she be lucky to stay top 20 me thinks.

 

And before anyone asks why Greg Street is not in the chart, probably because the track is not registered.

Suprised to see McFly at number 3 actually. But they're really unpredictable now with the different sound/ download music climate. Still, they seemed really behind on Itunes at 8 so I was expecting them to be at number 5 at most.

Without the sales data it is difficult to say, but I guess based on last week's sales and this week's positions, Alex has probably sold approx 35k, say 30-40k to give a sufficient range.

 

That means based on iTunes, and the pop bars where she is 13% ahead of Katy's combined versions, that she's sold about 4k more on iTunes downloads than Katy, which means that she's shifting a LOT of physicals and/or is selling a lot more on other download sites.
