December 20, 201014 yr Shayne Ward actually has a nice voice unlike the atrocities of Alexandra and Diana. If only buzzack would open it's ears. Considering that your love of Shayne is based on the fact that you want to ride him stupid, it hardly makes you impartial or sane.

Judge Simon Cowell likened her to Marmite, saying fans would either love or hate her unusual singing style, stating that he "loved it". In week 5 of the live show stages, Vickers missed the live show without performing following a bout of laryngitis. She had wanted to perform the Mariah Carey song "Always Be My Baby" up until a few hours before the show, but her doctor advised her not to, saying Vickers could do permanent damage to her vocal chords. This was the first time the producers have ever excused any act from performing. In the week 9 semi finals of the competition, Vickers performed Avril Lavigne’s "Girlfriend" as her first song and received excellent comments from all the judges where Cheryl Cole said that "she had got that sparkle back". She followed this with Dido’s "White Flag" but was subsequently voted out of the competition, to the shock and upset of her fellow contestants. After The X Factor she signed to Sony Music's RCA Records. She began work on her debut album, Songs from the Tainted Cherry Tree, in January 2009, commenting that it would not be rushed and that it would be "Diana style". Since the show she has released 3 singles and an album. Vickers made her professional acting debut in the title role of a new revived West End production of Jim Cartwright's The Rise and Fall of Little Voice in October 2009 at the Vaudeville Theatre, on The Strand, London. She played Little Voice, who hides a talent as an impersonator of singers such as Shirley Bassey, Edith Piaf and Judy Garland.
December 21, 201014 yr Diana Vickers.. I liked Once but My Wicked Heart made me want to violently strangle anyone within distance everytime it came on. NOT GOOD. Still not around to buying her album though, it's meant to be really good. ALEXANDRA BURKE for number one please. Thank you.
December 21, 201014 yr Leona Lewis X Factor Queen & X Factor Legend, the only one who can hold the #1 spot.
December 21, 201014 yr My feelings on Diana are well registered on the forum, I basically think she's the antichrist with a very punchable face. She of course had to ruin it by releasing some decent enough music, thankfully normality was restored when she flopped and then unleashed the atrocity of 'My Wicked Heart' on us.

Her second bid to win came in 2009, where she was selected for the finals by mentor Cheryl. After ten weeks in the competition, she eventually became the winner beating both Eoghan Quigg and JLS in the final after performing a duet with Beyonce and a song by Leonard Cohen, Hallelujah. She was given a recording contract with record label Syco and reportedly signed a £3.5 million US deal with Epic Records. She released her debut album Overcome in October 2009 and singles Bad Boys, Broken Heels and All Night Long were all released from the album. In July 2009 she confirmed that she signed a six figure contract with Italian fashion designers Dolce & Gabbana to become the face of a new fashion line. A new single Start Without You was released earlier this year and was soon followed by the release of Overcome Deluxe and The Silence accompanied by an X Factor performance. She is due to release a new album in 2011 and has confirmed that she has worked with RedOne for a lot of the album, but hopes to work with David Guetta, Bruno Mars, Stargate and Ne-Yo, among others. Alex is also preparing to launch a new clothing line with fellow X Factor finalists JLS called 2KX clothing.
December 21, 201014 yr thats a predictable, but probably right result I do like Diana, its a real shame she hasnt been THAT successful, looking back, her songs weren't great- I still wish her luck though and Alexandra is pretty good too, haven't been overly keen on some of her song, but after Leona, definitely the best winner- Leona has undeniably a great voice, and deserves her success- however, her recent era was a bit of a come down on the first, hopefully she will try something different for the next era and thanks for doing this Sabrina Edited December 21, 201014 yr by chart wizard
