September 22, 201014 yr OMG :o Can't believe he came out with that  I guess he feels strongly about the issue, but I'm surprised he should make a mistake on daytime tv like that  I do totally agree with him though! Edited September 22, 201014 yr by B.P.
September 22, 201014 yr I rather like Darius talking dirty, - bless, its hardly swearing - just mispronounced bullocks..made me laugh when they said he shouldnt say that word, when the rest of the show is going on about sex etc -and trying to be liberal
September 22, 201014 yr Gud interview. Im so glad ur neck is on the mend but naughty D for swearing tut tut :nono:
September 22, 201014 yr Im not rely mad at him. Its not like he went on intending 2 swear but just a shame it was on live tv in the middle of the afternoon.
September 22, 201014 yr Tweet from D. Really sorry for my comments today but that subject got me really angry! Sorry if I offended anyone. D x
September 22, 201014 yr I'm not mad with him either, but I am surprised at him, especially on a live midday show. You could tell he felt strongly about the issue, and as I said, I fully agreed with his point of view. I agree with pip, that with some of the topics they discuss and the endless inuendo on the show, which is quite risque sometimes, it was a bit rich for them to tell him off like a naughty schoolboy. One thing is for sure, this definately wasn't scripted for him to say beforehand  I don't think it will have upset too many though, and most will probably be in agreement with him. Still can't believe he said it though
September 22, 201014 yr Sooooooo loved Darius on this today :D ........and Mmmmmmmm he was looking as Gorgeous as ever wasn't he!! .....Just wish he had spoken about the Big Band Tour abit more though!.........OMG cant believe he said that word neither oooooooop's !! lol..........but i completly agree with him there........he is just saying what we are all thinking.......good on him!! PIP.. Mmmmmmmm yeah i like Darius talking dirty like that too!! lol Edited September 22, 201014 yr by darius4me
September 23, 201014 yr Goodness ITV really milk their programmes. It was repeated on ITV and it's now on ITV2+1 so it must just have been on ITV2. Just watching out of curiosity to see if they bleep out that word. True, Darius shouldn't have said that word but if they're going to talk about proper discussion topics someone on that programme has to rise above the ha ha ha, me, me, me, nudge wink treatment they give all subjects. Darius apart, that was the worst programme I've ever sat through. What an impression the current selection of panellists give of Britain's women. I used to watch it reasonable often when Kaye Adams was there but it's really gone downhill. How they get awards is beyond me. My volume was too low down, they either left it in or just muted the middle consonants. Someone said they should have given his tour dates. The dates are on their website or they were yesterdaay. September 23, 201014 yr I'm pleased that his tour dates are on their site - that's great. Mum doesn't know what that word means. I didn't enlighten her. I'd have rather he chose a different word but there are many worse one.
September 23, 201014 yr Yea, he possibly made a mistake, but I was far more offended by the way these women talk than anything he said!
September 23, 201014 yr The show was absolutely dire - complete fluffy drivel. If they want to twitter around like that, they shouldn't choose controversial subjects. There was no mistaking Darius's passion although as a student of English literature, he should have had a vast arsenal of alternative synonyms at his disposal. Who knows maybe it was the word piledriving through his mind as he was being tortured listening to it all for nearly an hour in the green room. Edited September 23, 201014 yr by Baytree
September 23, 201014 yr I think that it was because the word now has such common usage that he forgot it was offensive. I tell the younger ones off for using it but it just isn't seen as swearing. If you are used to including it in conversation when with friends - as most people are these days, it's easy for something to slip out.
September 23, 201014 yr I really don't know what all the fuss is about. It can from the heart and I know exactly what he meant.
September 23, 201014 yr I never feel that they like Darius on Loose Women, they never seem genuine towards him somehow, epecially Coleen Nolan. Sue
