Francesca Berlin is 18 and she set up her website 3 years ago. The site attracts 1,000 visitors per day and Francesca has built up a fan base. Many of these are Eva Cassidy fans. Francesca's debut single is actually about Eva and it titled Colours Faded. She has formed her own record label, has no physical distribution, record label backing, manager, big PR like Sandy Thom, no record plugger, video, no radio or TV play (yet) but her fans are backing her all the way to Top 20 by pre-ordering from Francesca's website. They use 7digital. As for the actual CD HMV are supporting them and the CD launch is at HMV Lakeside on 6th August. The fans are really backing her by pre-ordering.
