I think that its an excellent example of how well mash-ups can sound if you can find two songs that fit well :-)

But... they don't..... , it's a horrendous mess. I've heard really good mash-ups in the past (The KLF nicking bits off Gary Glitter for "Doctorin' The Tardis" was just funny, and over a decade ago somone put together a whole album's worth of Hendrix riffs mixed it with Ambient and Chill-out beats and soundscapes, which worked really beautifully....).

But this...... :puke2:

Yeah sorry bout that, thanks for the edit!!!

I really didnt like this song at first, but now its grown on me alot, and the vid is quite cool, but mash-ups can either be totally c**p or genius...

Hmm...the two tracks do match each other perfectly. The original Loo & Placido production was fine as it was though.

Someone saying horny for 4 minute, wow...

Seriously it's tripe - what is the state of music coming to?

well Horny is 8 years old, so it doesnt really apply to the music state atm. Plus lyrics arent that important in dance music, but considering your music taste i'm not surprised you dont like it. To me, there's nothing worse in the music scene atm then those dreary indie bands that sound all the same

It might be eight years old, but it's being released now, so Liamgazza's comments are pertinent... And I reckon it's a bit odd you slagging off Indie for being identikit (which, to a certain extent, I can agree with..) considering some of the stuff you've been championing, which is totally dreary, identikit and incredibly generic...

I see most dance incredibly diverse and creative, and indie as dull and all sounding similiar with the odd exception(the new snow patrol track). Guess it depends on where your taste in music is.

The fact is, that once I favoured Dance/Techno over Indie or Metal. Yep, unbelievable that may be, but it's true... But this is back in the days of the likes of Underworld, Chemical Brothers, KLF, LFO, Prodigy, Aphex Twin, Orbital, The Orb, Goldie and FSOL, etc were the cream of the crop, I find most of today's lot pretty rum really. I still find a lot to enjoy in the Underground scene - Cosmosis, Infected Mushroom, Dark Soho, etc and the EBM/Dark Hardcore/Powernoise scene....

Snow Patrol's new stuff is pretty cool, but they aint the only Indie/Alt band to be excited about - Mars Volta, Flaming Lips, Mercury Rev, Scarling, Interpol, etc are worthy of your attention....

well obviously I disagree  But believe me I have the same opinion on your taste of music.

Yeah, but I reckon you're just into all the flash and the image and have no interest in anything of any substance. In other words, a typical "Jounalist"....
