I'd use the excuse 'well it is Friday', but Smallville & Supernatural were two of the best rated shows on The CW last year :( Disappointing after the repeats were pulling a decent-ish (for a repeat on The CW) 0.4.

 

I enjoyed the premiere but for some reason felt I could've enjoyed it more. I really liked the interactions between Amanda/Alex/Percy and I like the added touch of humour they're doing, particularly with Birkhoff. Nice to see he's joined the Mikita side.

edit: I guess the good news is 1) The CW does terrible overall and it can't cancel everything 2) It's made a night & time-slot change and only dropped a little from the finale, with it rising to a 0.7 at the half-hour mark. Clutching at straws though. Oh, and TVD lead-in is no more.

I hope they make some changes to the schedule during hiatus season. This show deserves better.

I decided to watch the couple of episodes that have aired, I really liked the sci-fi touch (sleepers), classic!

At least they put it on at 8pm on a Friday... Some dimwit decided to have Supernatural going head to head with Fringe at the same time..... <_<

I agree entirely. Nikita is turning out to be outstanding, but nothing can compare to Alias it's truly amazing even if the 'European' cities were dire.

 

 

The taking down of SD-6 was incredible TV.

So I've finally reached the London episode.

 

 

London doesn't have a port, especially one with containers like that where you can still see the high rises. Licence plates look the right size, but have wrong combinations of letters and numbers, not to mention vehicles that aren't even for sale in the UK, then we get the American traffic lights, the sheer amount of snow, the frozen river, the street signs, the architecture, the accent, the sirens...

 

I could go on picking holes, but I'm only halfway through the episode.

SO GOOD. The final 10 minutes or so were quite tense. Wanted

Alex to take the shot so glad she did

, and a great cliffhanger.

Who else is still watching? The latest episode was the best of the season so far, the final five or so minutes especially and I wasn't expecting it to end when it did. I NEED NEXT WEEK.

Is anyone watching Season 3? It has been great so far and Episode 7 was AMAZING. Lots of stuff happened and Nikita had to (MAJOR SPOILER)

Season 3 has been so good, my favourite drama going at the moment! Had to look away at that point though.

I enjoyed the final episode, it wrapped everything up quite nicely. Bit gutted it's all over though. :(

Yeah I enjoyed it too. It did everything I needed it to and had a nice little twist near the end.

 

Shame it ended but it was a good series. It was never quite as good as Alias because, let's be honest, the first 2 seasons of Alias had some of the finest TV episodes I've ever seen, but it was consistently good. At least it didn't outstay its welcome, which is something Alias was very guilty of near the end.

I'm so sad Nikita is over, I loved this show over the years and fought to get my friends to watch it. It's been my favourite action series of the past 3 years (on broadcast) and it pained me watching its ratings plummet week after week. It's been a rollercoaster ride and I seriously thing The CW is the best for keeping it on for so long and letting it wrap it up. If Nikita were on ABC/NBC it would be over by Season 2.

Have you considered the original Nikita ("La Femme Nikita")? 96 eps long so should keep you busy for a while :D Unless you already watched it..

I watched some of it when I was young so I don't particularly remember much of it, but yeah I generally liked it.
