Cee Lo Green is such a great singer. He's enjoyed three no. 1 singles in my chart; Gnarls Barkley 'Crazy' in 2006, 'Lil Star' as guest vocalist on Kelis' sublime hit in 2007. Now 'Forget You!' in 2010. There's so many great things about this song; it's incredibly catchy, great chorus which gets stuck in my head (it's my current humming tune at work :P ) and the video is ace. So overall it results in a massive new entry at #1 for me which was always going to happen. I'm more surprised that it looks set to be no. 1 in the UK chart today instead of 'Shame'.

Yes, this is very much an understated song. Like this song a lot and it could yet climb into my top 10. It's not exactly an instant song where after one listen you think "genius". I've been fortunate enough to give this a couple of listens from taking part in UPII. It's looking set to become a big European hit too.

You've heard 'Bumpy Ride'? :D It's such an unashamedly cheesey Europop song but I've always had a soft spot for a bit of Europop so Mohombi deserves his place in my top 10. Not liking the sound of his new single with Nelly though. -_- I suspect you might not like ATB's track although you've got Alex Gaudino listed in your favourites so who knows. It's very Euphoric female vocal trance and the song just gets better as it progresses.

 

21 (--) Plan B - The Recluse (21) [1 wk] It's ok... the trouble is, I have played their album to death now, some of their tracks just sound the same.

 

Before I wrote up my new chart I had this down as entering somewhere between 11-20 but upon writing up my chart, I realised just how many of my current top 20 I still enjoy listening to so Plan B fell short and misses the top 20.

I don't see any SNAP here so assume it's not no. 24 in your chart. :lol: Again, had this down as a potential climber but alas it ends up dropping just one place instead. Could recover next week and repeak - that's happened a couple of times in my chart already this year.
