Commentary: If I had been preparing these charts over the past 20 years R Kelly would have been number one in 1996 with "I believe I can Fly", in 1999 with "If I could turn back the hands of time" and in 2002 with "The world's greatest". In 2010 he's top of my chart again with yet another powerful ballad "When a woman loves" but regretfully times have changed and this looks certain to miss out on the international stage save from Surinam where it is number one ! However at 8 is "Grenade" ,the highest new entry and a song that presumably will have international success as it's by flavour of the month, Bruno Mars who was in my chart earlier in the year as a featured artist on "Nothin on you" and "Billionaire" and just missed out for me with his first solo hit "Just the way you are". Lower down the charts are new entries from Robbie Williams and Gary Barlow at 19 and anchoring at 20 returns Madcon who was in my chart earlier in the year with the Eurovision interval song "Glow".
