My theory to who shot Paul:

 

 

I think it was Beth or one of Felicia friends from prison. They were meant to be in the halfway house therefore gaining access to shoot Paul

I think it'll be back in the UK in March/April time. In America, we're only 15 weeks through a 35 week TV season I think, and DH is now halfway through with 12 more episodes to go within 20 weeks, so there will be some breaks and Channel 4 will want to run straight through from the return until the finale.

 

So yeah, DH will probably miss about 8 weeks between now & the end of the season at the end of May, but ABC have decided to air a new episode next week in America, clashing with the Golden Globes :rolleyes:

Yes i guess channel 4 will want to run through without breaks. I wish they would just say when it will be back on.

 

They are airing against the Golden Globes :o Last year the show fell massively in the ratings when they did this. ABC what the hell are you doing :huh:

I agree. I am really starting to like Gabby's storyline. I felt so sad for her. Both Eva and Teri have done great performances this season. But they will fail to get nominated though as the show barely gets recognised since the very early seasons.

i hate gaby in this season :(

I think the total viewers are the lowest ever :unsure: But it got a 3.1 rating in the over-nights, down from a final 3.9 rating last week :( And I see there isn't an episode next week - no awards ceremony either :rolleyes:

 

Shame, a really good episode I thought, ended up

feeling sorry for the man Susan was trying to be friendly to, and the woman with the kid, not happy with Bree for lying -_-

a bit with Gabby, at one point I thought the man might actually have shot her. Don't feel too sorry for her, she was going a bit overboard, though I guess that's easy for me to see, I'm not in her situation

edit: I don't think the next episode is meant to happen until February 13th, which goes directly against the Grammy's :( I read that ABC haven't released a press release for the next episode yet, because they are waiting for last nights final numbers, and then they might re-schedule to avoid the Grammy's. If so, bring it forwards not backwards!

Oh, I've read that Sunday's for the next few weeks are the AFC Championship, Pro Bowl, Super Bowl & Grammy's (23rd Jan, 30th Jan, 6th Feb, 13th Feb, in that order). So ABC have to either put new DH up against some tough competition, or go on quite a long break :( Guess AFC & Pro would be less competition than the awards shows though, as I imagine AFC & Pro would appeal to a different audience to that of DH, whereas the awards shows will have the same audience

ABC had better sort it out. Shows like Desperate Housewives struggle to build their audience after such huge drops as they are so serialised. Its better to go on a long break and relaunch a few weeks later with a huge advertising push.

Yes Regina its coming to an end but it pulls in bigger audiences than their ABCs other shows and its 7 years old. Its been a monster hit and a good ride but it will sail into the sunset as a gem :)

I actually think this Series is probably my second favourite ever. Apart from Susan she still annoys me but I like the whole Gabby and Grace storyline. Good stuff.

I would say this season is my 3rd favourite after the 1st season and then the 4th :)

If it does end, it's ended of a meh season. The recent episode was dull. I am bored of this storyline they are going with paul and beth. It deserves an eigth to re deem it's self because if they know season eight is the last, they will pull out all the stops to make sure it the final season is very good and filled with things fans want.
