Darius is very striking in the flesh.

 

I always come away thinking "He's beautiful." I can't find other words to sum up both physical good looks and the serenity, call it spirituality if you like, that seems to emanate naturally from him, no matter the circumstances.

 

We can dream for a while. We know Darius looks good in wings. The fallen angel with flames lapping around his feet was one of my favourite photoshoots, along with the award winning boxing ring one.

I also read yesterday filming starts in january so hopefully we'll hear soon if D got the part and if it is more like an action film il definatly go and see it. This would b huge in D's career i wish him luck.

I think his audition sounds like it's for a smaller role and not one of the principles. That being said, he is quite imposing in the flesh, and he's a good enough actor IMO to be offered more than he's applying for. We'll have to wait and see(no change there then :rolleyes: ) but it's interesting all the same :)

After listening closely to both speakers, I actually think Darius is reading for a key role - not one with a lot of screen time maybe, but one where he could really stretch his acting skills and perhaps make a considerable impact - Beelzebub ......Lucifer's first and staunchest follower and his confidant.

 

Beelzebub is a stirrer, an agent provocateur.

 

Darius has the stature and charisma BUT there is one great big stumbling block - he's an unknown with no film experience. it would take brave executives to cast him.

 

 

I no hes done some acting over here but Maybe thats what the executives of this film will b lookin 4 a fresh new actor to play the part fingers crossed.

Found on youtube - the whole Buzzcocks Darius was on after Popstars. They do rib him silly and to be honest he plays up to it, so don't watch if you're easily upset.

It's sad for fans that it's been taken down so soon.

 

We are very lucky to have seen it at all.

 

I can understand that these things are usually kept well under wraps. They show how a particular actor has interpreted lines to fit his/her understanding of the character. It's probably commercially sensitive in the early stages.

 

It would be great if he gets it but if he doesn't, there will no doubt be another chance along soon, if I interpret the text correctly and they are the agencies which represent him. If so, Darius is now in very safe and experienced hands.

 

ICM is one of the top 4 acting agencies in LA. People answer phones when they call.

 

Media Artists Group is one of the best theatrical agencies. I better start saving again. I might just yet see Darius on Broadway or in his own show in Las Vegas.

 

Natasha is with a different agency, William Morris, also one of the top 4.
