There's a tweet from Steve Allen of LBC97.3. He said he'd just interviewed Darius and it woulb be on his show 'In conversations' this weekend

Just watched Ok TV. Typical Darius, as lovely and charming as ever. He spoke about playing Billy Flynn on Broadway. Sue

I meant to post a while ago. There's a small pic of Darius in the December Prima magazine(page 35). It's from their High Street Fashion Awards a while back.

 

He was apparently wearing a Hugo Boss suit and tie and shoes from Topman and proved to be a big hit with the ladies.

 

If I can kick my PC into life and if my photobucket account is still there and if i can remember my password, I'll try to post it some time in the near future.

I think it is to him as well - he'd see it as bragging at this stage

i know, bless it must be such a confirmation of his talent - and we all know whatever he says is taken as boasting, so i totally understood how he slipped it in understated like...but it was the presenters who just didnt pull him up on it at all, unless he told them not to..

just on shows people are fawned over if they make broadway...though there is time yet, wouldnt that be so great! Darius on Broadway - I am so proud tbh, so imagine how he and his loved ones feel

I can't remember the exact wording but he also said that he liked telling a story whether it be in song, on the stage or 'in film'..... so, I live in hope that we will see him on the big screen sometime in the not too distant future!! :dance:

I'll let you into a secret. Two years ago a friend bought me one of those money pot things with the wish card which you post with your first coin. I'm saving 50ps.

 

My wish? It read "to go to New York and see Darius on Broadway". I've repeated it every time I've posted a coin with just the smallest corner of hope in my heart.

 

I've probably got no more than about £80 in there. It's not going to stretch far enough, but maybe the positive thinking helped.

 

If I do go , I'll need to smash it and buy a new money pot for another wish.

Wendy and I always said that if Darius ever appeared on Broadway we would have to go and see him! I broached the subject with Neil yesterday and he said that he wouldn't mind if I wanted to go 'with the girls'. The only thing is that if he is appearing there in January I think it is a bit too soon into the New Year - Springtime woudl be nice!! :dance: I wonder if he will release his album in the US as well as here?? :D

Will have to seriously think about it once he commits to his plans.... in the meantime I can't wait to see him again on the 23rd :yahoo:

If he is still hoping to get a part in Paradise Lost there is talk about it being made into a trilogy!! Wouldn't that be lovely!! :D

Ive read filming 4 paradise lost strats in february in sydney. If D did get the part wudnt we know about it by now?
