I check the Romanian airplay chart regularly to keep track. Its completely dominated by Romanian dance tracks

What? This is an English language forum, and we're talking about the contest.

Hotel FM won the selection last night with the song 'Change'.

 

 

iirc, the lead vocalist is originally from England, but they are well known in Romania.

I don't think it's too bad, probably my favourite of the three songs selected so far.

That's because he's from North East England.. so actually there should be :kink: But seriously, I like the song. Bit Take That, and kind of a grower I think...

It's a bit boring on the first listen, but it does sound like a grower. ^_^

Incredibly irritating and overly happy clappy. Very much like the average Danish entry between 2005 and 2009 in that respect...

 

It'll go out in the semis or finish lower mid-table in the final.

Not a huge fan. Decent pop song, but it seems they're trying way to hard to appeal to the judges. I prefer dance-tastic Romania

Well this is very mehhh. Definitely worse than the last two Romanian entries!

Ok...slight change of opinion. I quite like this now! :D
