Posted November 16, 201014 yr A super-injunction obtained by Take That singer Howard Donald has been lifted by the High Court. According to Sky News the injunction prevented Donald from being named "in connection with a legal fight with a former girlfriend". However, Donald has been awarded an order preventing publication of confidential information. The singer took out the injunction against Adakini Ntuli in April when he learned that she had hired publicist Max Clifford and was planning an interview with the News of the World. A text message received by Donald reportedly said: "Why shud I continue 2 suffer financially 4 the sake of loyalty when selling my story will sort my life out? (sic)" The previously granted order restrained Ntuli from doing certain unclarified things and blocked reporting of the super-injunction. However, this morning Master of the Rolls Lord Neuberger, Lord Justice Maurice Kay and Lord Justice Sedley dismissed Ms Ntuli's appeal to remove the injunction completely, but allowed her appeal in relation to the super-injunction and anonymity surrounding it.
