I so regret not going to a few venues this time.

 

Strangely, Dive In and Maidstone are far clearer in my mind than the History of the Big Bands.

 

I can't even recall him singing It Had To be You. Maybe he didn't, he seemed to change the setlist a couple of times.

 

Maybe too, I was more irked by Nova's presence than I thought, and by the band numbers breaking up the Darius experience, given that I was convinced I didn't like that style of music in the first place.

 

Perhaps all that subconscience stuff wouldn't have happened, if I'd gone to several dates.

 

When Darius comes back this year, I won't make the same mistake. I'll just have to get used to him giving way to others in music, just as he does in MT/acting.

 

I hope there will be more Darius on the CD next time too.

I'm just hoping he's still doing it. It Had To Be You was the first number of the encore - after his 3 new songs.

I do believe he intends to do it, but I now doubt that it will be in Spring.

 

If, as Natasha says, the reaction to Darius there is amazing, then he needs to stay in L.A. to build on whatever he's started. How often have we criticised him for not striking when the iron was hot.

Brian and David say he's signed up for it - and that it would be late spring or early summer. He has a couple of other things in June, so you never know. It's just that no publicity has gone out, so he'll have missed a place in the brochures. I feel much less certain now.

Obviously his priorities have change now. I feel very uncertain about what's to come. Sue

I think I'll continue putting on the clips. It was originally decided that I would do this to keep a presence for the tour. Now I'll do it just so that those who couldn't get there at least see the clips.

There are only 6 left, I'll put the first of those up tomorrow. The last 2 clips had a lot less views than previous ones - it was as though something else had people's attention
