Thanks Meg... I just love that - his voice is amazing - he just puts so much into every one of his performances!! I watch that with a silly grin on my face for the whole time (just like I did for the whole performance of Chicago the other night!!). I'm so glad that we've got him back over here for a while, even if it is just for a short time :wub:

I woke up this morning humming an unfamiliar tune over and over. I just didn't have a clue what it was until a snatch of lyrics came and I've just realised it's one of Darius's new songs, one I've only listened to a couple of times - No Woman Like You.

 

I think that one and No More Chasing Rainbows have stayed in my head because they're maybe songs which could be interpreted in other styles that I'm more comfortable with, including my favourite one for Darius - stripped back acoustic, with single instrument accompaniment. I'd love to hear the raw demo for both of those songs.

 

I wonder if they're among the songs he was working with Stuart Roslyn on.

 

I so hope Darius can either get the album out this year or at least fit in a cluster of public gigs over here so we can hear the new songs live.
