i like pretty much all of these except the ones i've not heard. will definitely have to check out lykke li, nelly furtado and sky ferreira seeing as though our tastes are pretty much exactly the same!

Awesome! I think you'd like all three of them, Lykke Li is quite alternative <3 great lyrics. Nelly Furtado although I love it, it isn't her best :( and Sky is amazing <3

I agree there, Beyonce's a massive walking ego :lol: She does have some very good singles, but she also is very on/off for me. The Destiny's Child girls need to learn some quality control!!!

Ha! She really is! Completely puts me off her, although 'Sweet Dreams' and 'Baby Boy' are amazing! 'Singles Ladies' however is one of the most dire songs in recent times. Michelle was always my favourite, and their better as Destiny's Child anyway!

I like basically everything in it. Except Kesha, which was rubbish and cringeworty. Nelly Furtado's song is disappointing. You like some of the worst songs on Rihanna's album. But the rest is good. I must check out these Sunday Girl remixes. She was good again on Friday. Didn't get the T-shirt this time either. ¬_¬

Really liking this song. Weird how The X Factor has given 'Make You Feel My Love' a whole new lease of life considering nobody gave a toss over this song in 2008 when it was a semi hit.

02' Yeah, I charted it from the album release. It wasn't completely instant.. but I adore it now and it's probs my 2nd fave single after 'Hot N Cold'. It's one of highlights on a night out for me when it's played!

04' Definitely! She's finally got her solo career off the ground! I've always loved PCD, but I never knew why she didn't release similar songs to them as a solo artist. I love a bit of Nicole though :wub:!

'Hot N Cold' is Katy Perry's most successful single in my chart considering it peaked at #3. 'I Kissed A Girl' went to no. 1 in my chart but started getting boring after a month so it plummeted downwards.

I've not bought 'Loud' but the iTunes previews sound promising. I'm sure this era is going to be completely overshadow 'Rated R' which was a bit limp with only a couple of decent tracks included. 'Girl Girl Gone Bad' it wasn't. I still think a Rihanna greatest hits would be the soundtrack to any party. :lol: 'S.O.S.', 'Umbrella', 'Disturbia', 'Don't Stop The Music', 'Only Girl (In The World)'. Even 'Pon De Replay' after several pints sounds good. :P

Yeah I think you're right. Except for America where Ke$ha seems to be more popular than Lady GaGa. :o 'TiK ToK' was a pop gem - woukd've been no. 1 in my chart had it not been for 'Bad Romance' dominating my chart for 7 weeks. :lol:

I adored 'Chasing Pavements' but struggled to find any other Adele track that I liked in the same way. Even 'Make You Feel My Love' only managed #11 in my chart at the time. Whereas Duffy had two massive #1 singles before it all started going downhill. I still prefer 'Rockferry' (the original, not the disappointing reissue) over '19'.

That's the half of me that likes the song. There's just something about Katy B's vocals just don't appeal to me. It sounds a bit too laid back and "yeah if I hit a bum note it was supposed to sound like that". No, bum notes make you sound like Leon Jackson. :(
