Really liking the album. Not sure if it's as strong as 'The First Days of Spring' but I definitely prefer it to their debut. Particularly love 'The Line', 'Old Joy' and 'Give it All Back' at the moment.
Really liked it on first listen, it's a great feel good album :D Not as stirring and beautiful as parts of the last album were but that was to be expected. There's a Noah & The Whale album to suit every mood!
This whole album is absolutely fantastic! It's so feel-good and just generally a beautiful album. It's the sort of thing I want Aiden Grimshaw to record. (Well 'Life Is Life' at least.) My favourites after first listen are: 'L.I.F.E.G.O.E.S.O.N.', 'Give It All Back', 'Paradise Stars' & 'Waiting For My Chance to Come' all the others though are just as good and I'm sure there are a couple of growers. My least favourite is 'Wild Thing'. Thank God I didn't listen to that before LGO, as I think I wouldn't have bothered with this era otherwise.
It's a really good album on first listen. Enjoyable throughout and the 'jolly' bits are far far better than on their first album, they've come a long way!

A really enjoyable listen throughout, probably lies between the first two albums in terms of quality but it is a lot more upbeat that "The First Days of Spring" and therefore likely to appeal to a wider audience.

The next single is "Tonight's The Kinda Night" - but the standouts for me were

"Just Me Before We Met", "L.I.F.E.G.O.E.S.O.N." :D , "The Line" and "Life Is Life".

I've decided that this is another fantastic album. It's hard to compare it to 'The First Days of Spring' because they're so different but both are great.

Video for 'Tonight's the Kind of Night'

Very nice.

They're so good live  And soooo nice and friendly.

They played Blue Skies, I died happy.

'Life Is Life' video.

Very feel good (as usual from them) and Charlie's dancing

REALLY?! They're the worst band I've ever seen live, and I quite like them in the studio! I and everyone else found them to be incredibly miserable back in 2009, ha!
